Shipping policy

All online purchases are available with the option of in-store pick-up, direct shipping, or local delivery depending on your shipping address. Please ensure you advise your choice at check out.

  • We offer FREE shipping within Canada on items over $150.
  • Items will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited delivery same day, or next business day, of placing your order. Packages are insured and tracked. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days.
  • Shoe and handbag purchases under $150, will be charged a flat fee of $20Ā to ship within Canada.
  • Please ensure to double check your address is correct when placing your order. Any items we receive as undeliverable, will be assessed the delivery cost, that is, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

IN-STORE PICK UP

  • Your order will be packaged and ready for pick up within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Please collect your order within 2 days of purchase. If you do not contact us within this time frame, your order will be cancelled.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Your order will beĀ processed within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Free local delivery is available for all orders within our area,Ā depending on your shipping address.
  • We will contact you via email and/or text message with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.Ā
